I needed an experienced, pro-active Realtor to help me sell my Ahwatukee home and Brian was just the ticket! He is professional and knowledgeable. With his guidance, I sold my home at a much higher price than I expected and within DAYS of listing! In fact, he helped get me $35,000 more than another Realtor had advised as a list price! Brian is very organized with the paperwork, which can be very daunting to first-timers. He uses excellent connections - I was very happy with the photographer he hired, the app used to schedule showings, and the title company. Just to be sure we researched these so called "Superstar Realtors" that promise to sell your home for top dollar in an average of 21 days. I called and interviewed three of them. I was so discouraged by the way they treated this very emotional transaction. Additionally, I could tell that all three just wanted to wholesale my home to get a quick sale. One even insisted on taking pictures while it was dark. One didn't even want to come out to view the home, but still wanted me to hire him. It was time to call Brian. Brian came out and advised me to sell my home for $13,000 more than the other "Superstar Realtors" recommended. He advised me on how to show my home correctly and we listed the next day. We were amazed by the very professional photos Brian took. We must have called Brian 5 to 10 times a week and I was pleased that Brian answered the phone just about every time. Even during a buyer's market Brian was able to get us a full price offer in a very short period of time. The process once again went without a hitch. I will be using Brian again and strongly recommend you do too. Apparently he should advertise himself as a "Superstar Realtor!"
Jacqueline Golaszewski, Seller Brian was great to work with. He took the time to take me through comps in person, not just handing us an MLS printout and producing a 'should list' price. His pricing strategy was not simply an average of nearby units but a composite of additional factors that could only been appreciated by seeing the other units in person. I had a list price in mind, but Brian suggested a higher price and my property sold for more money than I had hoped. Additionally, all documents were executed in a timely manner and thoroughly explained. He was also an effective Point of Contact for the buyer and seller as we worked through the post-inspection punch list items. I would highly recommend Brian.

Throughout the experience he was able to answer any questions about various strategies in terms that completely made sense. His expertise proved to be invaluable. We had no shortage of viewings during the sales period. There were a few common complaints about the house itself and Brian "talked me off the ledge" a few times when I proposed some drastic changes to the house itself to address those complaints. Mike Strilich, Buyer After meeting with Brian for the first time, I already had the confidence he understood my needs. He also reassured me I would find the new home of my dreams. The homes we saw in person (based on the listings he emailed me a couple of days earlier) demonstrated he knew what I was looking for. Some of the houses we saw seemed like a really good fit to me, but Brian reminded me that I did not have to settle for a "good fit", but should wait for a "great fit". When the time came to put in an offer, it was only because of his experience that I was able to get the home of my dreams even though there were multiple offers and my offer was NOT the highest! Brian was amazing! Hire him!

Our story: My husband & I started looking at homes in Ahwatukee a few years before we planned to move here from out-of-state. We’ve moved so many times in our lives, but this would be our final destination. We wanted to do our research and all due diligence to find our dream home. It was difficult, though. We were usually visiting only briefly, and, especially early on, we didn’t know where we wanted to look until we were here driving around to see what we liked. We didn’t know what we didn’t know. When we would call a listing agent for information, we always got a voicemail. Nobody was available on short notice unless it was an open house. I get it, I am also not available on short notice in my business. However, that wasn’t helping my problem. Then one time we were here, we really wanted to see a plot of land, and we only had that afternoon in town. The listing agent didn’t answer (and he took a week to call us back!). In our search for help, we ran across Brian’s information. We called. He answered! Though he had a busy day, he listened to our situation and worked it out to show us the lot. From there, we knew Brian was our guy. We were upfront with him that we weren’t even going to be ready to purchase for another year or two, but he didn’t treat us any differently than someone ready to buy now. He kept in touch with us, and he helped us plan viewings during our trips to town. We saw a lot of houses with Brian! A few of them more than once. One of them several times. But each house was a learning experience that I very much appreciated. I’m picky. I don’t know how people drop this kind of money on a home unless it’s perfect. I had a dream home in mind, and though every house we saw was beautiful, there would always be some crazy nit-picky thing that bothered me. Brian got to know my pickiness, and he could tell me which houses would be best to see or not. (Also, he was great about either agreeing with my issues or providing another perspective I hadn’t considered.) I have realtor friends in other places who post memes about difficult clients. I am that client! I am so guilty of everything their memes make fun of (like viewing a house several times and still not pulling the trigger to buy it, lol!). But Brian never made me feel bad about how hard I made him work. Anyway, we ultimately thought we wanted to build, and Brian was helping us be patient waiting on a new development we had hopes for. After a long wait, the development was a disappointment. But then, out of the blue, an amazing home came up for sale. Brian got us in ASAP to see it, and it was exactly what we wanted!! Offers were coming in hot, but Brian negotiated and got us the contract for $30k under asking! The following month was a whirlwind (I’ve never bought a house before, so I didn’t know what to expect), but Brian handled everything for us. We are so glad we chose Brian as our realtor, and now we are excited to start our lives in our Ahwatukee dream home!!

He was always responsive when I wanted to see a home and when I did find the one that I wanted was there every step of the process. Which was a good thing since there were a few snags with the lender but Brian was on top of it the entire time.
