One thing that sets Ahwatukee Whistling Rock apart is that it is built into a set of hills near the base of South Mountain. This in essence creates various levels creating a unique setting/views while driving around the subdivision. This subdivision is sure to impress as soon as you enter its gate.
Even though the same company constructed all of the homes throughout Whistling Rock, they each have their own interesting and distinctive designs.
