Welcome to Ahwatukee Real Estate

Ahwatukee is a village of approximately 77,000 people in the City of Phoenix. Unlike the other 13 villages that make up the City of Phoenix, Ahwatukee is relatively isolated by the South Mountain to the northwest and the Gila River Indian Community to the south. This relative isolation allows Ahwatukee to maintain a quiet, small-town atmosphere unlike any other Phoenix village.

The character of Ahwatukee is suburban. The people who choose to move to Ahwatukee do so because they crave the community’s peace, quiet, safety, and its close proximity to South Mountain and the airport.

You’ll find a community perfect for raising a family with quiet streets where it is still safe for children to ride their bikes. You will also find a community surrounded by well-preserved, unspoiled natural landscapes.

In looking at the comparable sales with Brian, I wanted the list price to be lower, but Brian convinced me to list it a bit higher. Because of his marketing skills, he sold for more than the asking price.
